In the living room, there are plenty of spots to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and still be close to all the action in the gourmet kitchen when the cook is preparing meals or to grab a quick bite to eat. The breakfast bar will seat up to 4 and additional seating at the large dining table will seat 6.
The hallway has a half bathroom, laundry room and access to the large back yard to enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere.
In the master bedroom king bed, new carpeting and en-suite bathroom including dual vanities and tiled shower with bathtub. Second bedroom has a queen bed and access the hallway bathroom with shower only.
Garage parking for 1 smaller car and driveway has parking for 3 more cars.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
