This level also has 1 master bedroom suite with King bed, full en-suite bathroom and access to the private patio with the outdoor hot tub to relax after enjoying all your activities and enjoying the meadow and mountain views.

The second floor of the unit has an open floor plan accented with plenty of windows to allow for the Colorado sunshine to come in. In the living room, relax on the leather sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV, access to a private deck with outdoor kitchen with gas grill, dining area and wicker furniture to kick back and relax. The living room is close enough to the main dining area that will seat up to 10 for everyone to enjoy a common space for entertaining. Adjacent to this area is a half bathroom and large state of the art kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting, 2 ovens and a central island for meal prep or secondary spot as a breakfast bar to grab something quick for up to 4 persons before you run out. There is a half bath on this level.

The large third level of the home has the remaining bedrooms and laundry room. The second master suite has a King bed, en-suite bathroom and just outside the bedroom entrance is an open area with a desk in case you need to catch up on work or need a spot to view emails or upload any of the great photos of your vacation. The second bedroom has a Queen and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bunk bed - great for the kids and access to a jack-n-jill bathroom. The laundry room is accessed from the hallway.

The top floor of the townhome offers a small lodging zone area with countertop small storage cabinets and easy access to the unbelievable rooftop deck. The deck area provides comfortable furnishings, outdoor rug under a lighted pergola for the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the views and sunshine during the day or a remarkable spot to view the stars under the night sky.
This unit is short term registered with the town of Winter Park. When you rent within the town limits you agree to the following town rules:
* Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* We have wildlife in Winter Park – leaving trash out overnight is not permitted!
* No overnight parking on ANY Town street from October 1 – May 31, it can impede snowplows.
* Follow all rules when dealing with open flames and make sure to check if there is a fire ban. Find more information on the Town’s website.

This is no smoking property. This means no smoking tobacco, marijuana, or other substances allowed within this home or on the property premises.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $250 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
