A great spot for couples (and Pets) wanting to take a break and enjoy downtown Winter Park luxury accommodations in the Arrow Townhomes. This unit will sleep up to 10 people in this 3 bedroom unit and it offers the best views with a private hot tub amenity for your next Winter Park vacation.
A private garage where 2 cars can be parked in tandem is on the lower level and has a heated area is wonderful to store all your skis, snowboards, bikes, and boots. Entering the townhouse from the garage, you will find a large mud room area with spots to hang jackets and keep the outdoors in one spot.
The second level has an open floor plan, allowing for entertaining and enjoying the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets you will need to make an exquisite meal. You can also relax on the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views, BBQ grill and the during the summer months sound of music from the Rendezvous Event Center across the street. This location is perfect for easy access to Main Street, you can walk to all the fantastic restaurants and shops that are just minutes away.
The living room has a large smart HDTV ready for your use with cable to watch all the games or stream your favorite shows and movies; a comfortable leather sofa, which can convert into a queen size bed and great spot to kick back and enjoy the gas fireplace during the ski season too. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with wonderful linens and artwork, as well its own TV for your enjoyment. A full bath is available on this level.
On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom offering a place to curl up on the king size bed for a good night's sleep after enjoying all the outdoor fun Winter Park has to offer. The en-suite bath has all the items for you to pamper yourself. Down the hall is the second guest room, which has an incredible queen sized bed and its own TV for your enjoyment. The den area is set up with a comfortable leather sofa and flat screen HDTV. You can also utilize the queen sized sofa sleeper for the kids to enjoy the TV or have their own private getaway room. Both the second bedroom and loft have access to the full size bathroom located between the two.
Should you need to do some laundry while at our home, we have a full size washer and dryer. No air conditioning.
The rooftop deck has an unbeatable view of the Continental Divide, Winter Park Ski Resort and offers privacy to enjoy the sunshine, private hot tub. Ideal escape to soothe the aches and pains of an active day, whether it be skiing, biking, or hiking the beautiful nearby area or just to melt away the everyday worries of life.
**IMPORTANT TO KNOW** Please note that for the safety of guests renting this property and to provide easy access to the hot tub, guest will need to be aware that Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may need access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal would be between 10am and 4pm. If WPSM knocks on the door, you may ask for the proper ID and grant them access to the roof.

NO SMOKING. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200.
