The private deck for the unit on the third floor of the building offers views of the Winter Park Resort and provides a quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors and has been newly updated for a great spot for your next Winter Park vacation.
The open floor plan features a fully stocked kitchen with dishware and cook ware ideal for cooking meals and has been recently updated with hardwood flooring, new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. In the dining area the table seats up to 6 people and the main living area features a comfortable couch to relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, flat screen TV or have an additional 2 spots for sleeping on the sofa sleeper. No air conditioning.
In the master bedroom a queen bed with flat screen TV and chair as well as attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a second full bathroom accessible from the main hallway.
This rental has all the amenities that you need for your vacation and area transportation on the free town shuttle that will stop a few steps from the unit. A 2 minute walk will get you the main clubhouse on the property.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
