A private deck has views of the Winter Park Ski Resort to enjoy. No air conditioning.
A full equipped kitchen has all you need – just bring your groceries! And is next to the dining area with seating for up to 6 persons.
In the master bedroom a queen bed, flat screen tv and full bathroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom with access to the hallway bathroom.
The condo is in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse in #19. A free town shuttle stops is only a few steps from the front door as well.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
