StayWinterPark new ownership for the new year

Stay Winter Park is excited to announce a change in ownership to Sarkaw Aziz and Philip Kalisman. Formerly part of Condominium Management Company (CMC), Stay Winter Park will now operate independently and be able to focus fully on short-term rental services, while CMC will continue providing Homeowner Association management under Robert Blay’s ownership.

Stay Winter Park will continue to offer our best in class short-term rental services to owners and guests, with additional resources and guidance from Sarkaw and Philip. They are both looking forward to experiencing the upcoming ski season in Grand County with the local Stay Winter Park team and delivering exceptional service to all of our clients.

The local team will remain unchanged in personnel. “We will look to continuously find ways to improve our services  to maintain our position as the best locally managed short-term rental operation in the county.” said Shannon Cormier, General Manager for Stay Winter Park. As General Manager, Shannon will work closely with top team members that include Erika Schwankl as Marketing Director, Morgan Keller as Hospitality Manager, and Luisa Amado as Housekeeping Manager.

“We are very excited about working with this amazing team at Stay Winter Park. We believe that with a renewed focus on short-term rentals, Stay Winter Park will continue to elevate its services and be the best partner for homeowners in Grand County” said Sarkaw of the transition. “We are also very excited about playing an active role in the community and adding value any way we can.”
