If you need full-scale Management Services complete with onsite inspections for CC&R compliance, correspondence, maintenance bid and supervision; we have a program tailored for you. Direct responsibility for each property is assigned to a highly qualified, experienced Community Association Manager who will implement the Association’s Management Plan, in accordance with Policies and Procedures established by the Association.

CMC Property Management is locally owned and has been providing community service since 1973. We employ around 40 full-time employees who all live in the local area. To CMC Property Management’s even greater credit, the Owner and President, Robert Blay, is active with many local community organizations.

Our Team

Robert Blay - President

More than 30 years of executive experience managing public and private companies primarily in the entertainment, software and property management industries.  Robert has directed as many as 150 employees.  He has led companies through start-up, turnaround and growth modes.  Robert received his degree in Business from Northwood University.  In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as; skiing, hiking, and golfing, travel and wine.

                    Enrika Bileviciene                       Vice President HOA Division

Enrika came to the Valley from Lithuania with her family in 2000. She came in the winter and fall in love with the summers and has not left since. She raised two sons. Enrika likes hiking, mushroom hunting, taking motorcycle trips through beautiful Colorado, traveling and exploring foreign countries,  tasting ethnic foods and getting inspiration to her own cooking. 

                            Heidi Ross                               Senior Accounting Manager

Heidi has more than 10 years of accounting experience working with Homeowners Associations in Montana and Colorado and over 25 years in the accounting field.  Heidi received her degree in Accounting from Flathead Valley Community College.  In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, bowling, and cooking.

                          Mark Sterne                            HOA Operations
Mark is the newest member of our team.  Originally from the heartland of Indiana, he brings 20+ years of IT System Management and leadership to the mix. A U.S. Navy veteran, he enjoys following all sports partly due to the stints as a sports reporter for the Indianapolis Star and Terre Haute Tribune-Star. Given the right weather conditions, you may be able to find Mark on one of the many golf courses in the area.
