The main level has an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals. The dining area offer large windows with a view and access to the private patio with a small outdoor area to enjoy the fresh air and private outdoor hot tub. In the gourmet kitchen plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the comfy sectional sofa or conquer and divide with some games and TV viewing. Around the corner is the half bath on the main landing.
The three bedrooms upstairs include the master with King bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed. The third bedroom has 2 Queen bunk beds for the kiddos. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a full hall bath and laundry room.
Parking: 1 car for the private garage, and 2 cars for the driveway. There is no street parking permitted by the HOA.
Special note that our home is 3 doors from the free town shuttle stop as well.

Great stay! Clean, well furnished, quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to brewery, beautiful scenery. Perfect for our family! Appreciate having a high chair and toys, too. Would stay here again!
