Imagine a cozy cabin in the woods but close to town with modern amenities for your next stay. This is a lovely cabin that will sleep 8 comfortably and is set on a large acre lot, only a short 3-minute drive to downtown Winter Park. Three bedrooms and a large open floor plan encompassing living, dining and kitchen spaces allow guests to enjoy each other's company and cooking meals. There are 2 entrances into the cabin, the main front door is a large space adjacent to the kitchen and offers built-in storage for everything you wear to enjoy the outdoors.
You can also access the private deck from the entry off the living room.
The large living room has an electric wood stove for easy way to relax and warm your toes. The cabin does have TV service plus a new DVD player with HDMI cord to connect with PC computer with the ability to stream to TV. This option is best as there is not cable TV and TV stations.
A fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a snap and is near the bench seating for the dining area. A half bath on this floor is near the main entrance.
The office is easy to use for work or school with large desk and view of the forest. The cabin also offers a stacked washer and dryer.
Upstairs in the cabin are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the second bedroom offers 3 twin beds plus a trundle bed - great for the kids.
Important to note that the full bathroom is accessible via that master bedroom for the shower.
The master bedroom suite on the main level offers a separate entrance for additional privacy, king bed, bathroom vanity, large closet, and small sitting area to enjoy the electric fireplace.
Staying at our Icebox Cabin will give you a peaceful getaway and a great view of the night sky with plenty of stars.
Please note: All Wheel Drive vehicle or one with snow tires is helpful to get to this home with bigger snows. There is a 2-car garage for parking. NO AIR CONDITIONING

The cabin was perfect
The cabin was perfect, very clean and had an amazing master bedroom. Perfect for a birthday or family stay near Winter Park

Amazing!
Place was great! Very quiet neighborhood and the garage is huge! Kitchen was well equipped and the cabin was cozy warm. There was a small issue with lack of garage key (previous renters didn’t return it) but that was resolved quickly by the awesome staff.

So amazing!
Amazing location close to hikes, trails, town, etc. we stayed for a little over a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay! There's also a really nice kids park just a few minutes away from the house that our kids (3 ans 1) enjoyed. Clean house and definitely will be back next time we're in Colorado!

Good Stay
The house was clean and spacious. The water didn't work at first but we called the property manager and had to turn on the switch in the electrical panel located in the kitchen

Great for a weekend get away
We overall had an amazing time. Plenty of space for everyone. Newer washer and dryer. Not a bad view from any window in the house. But overall for the price and space we had a really great time. Loved the short drive to winter park each day. Thank you!

Cozy getaway in Fraser!
The family and I loved this cozy little cabin tucked away in a quiet area right outside Fraser. I was the solitude we needed for a few days, but still close to town for groceries and restaurants.

Lovely family getaway
We did a family reunion here, with a party of 8. It was a great time and we enjoyed the property. The checkin process could’ve been a bit smoother. Lights on the front entrance. Salt and sugar in pantry would’ve made this a 5 not 4-star review.

Good stay
This cabin is exactly as pictured. It's a cozy, welcoming space that we truly enjoyed. An area for improvement would be ensuring the house is better stocked - we only had a few paper towels left on the roll, only a couple of coffee filters and no olive oil in the pantry. In my experience, those core pantry items are usually readily available.

Overall nice
Quite nice.... but did need a few light bulbs replaced, window blinds did not work in master bedroom, and tv did not work. Would have liked a propane BBQ. Overall, very nice stay.

Beautiful home
Our family had a wonderful time in Fraser. Great location for RMNP and winter park. Close to a wonder playground for the kids as well. Would love to visit again.

Great space for a family of 5… easy drive to Winter Park or Grand Lake/RMNP…Neighborhood was cute and great for morning or evening walks with mountain views. We would definitely stay there again, just stay longer.

Relaxing oasis, can't wait to return
We LOVED the house itself, the location, the views, everything. By the end we were looking up housing for-sale nearby. The views out of the house were incredible in nearly all directions. The house has enough privacy to feel secluded yet is within a walkable neighborhood and just a few minutes drive from town. The living room was roomy, the kitchen worked great, and the beds were comfortable - what more could we ask for. We hope to come back again and stay even longer next time. Thank you!
