Description

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation.

A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

The upstairs overlooks the great room and has a full bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks beds and the third bedroom with queen bed with ceiling fan.

The lower level has the family room that walks out to a back patio with 7 person hot tub. Also on this level is a bedroom with queen bed and attached bath, laundry, and living area with sofa sleeper.

Amenities in unit: This home has Air Conditioning to keep you cool on a hot summer day! Free WI-FI access. On site for guests to use paddleboard, snowshoes, sleds, fishing poles.

Please note this townhome is not on the public transportation schedule so all guests will need to have their own transportation. 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. No campers or trailer in driveway, no street parking per HOA.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke.

Fun pet friendly 4 bedroom private hot tub and Air Conditioning to Stay Cool

This property was very spacious and comfortable. The pictures online matched the house. We were not disappointed. Having the private hot tub was awesome! The only thing I would recommend as a first time customer of VRBO is to make the check-in and check-out instructions more visible so you don't have to disturb the owner. I did communicate with the owner via text and the response was very quick, courteous and helpful. The property could use a new can opener. :) I would recommend this property for a stay with family or friends!!

Spacious, cozy place to spend your vacation in the Rockies

I was here with my family for a ski trip and we really enjoyed the condo. It is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures...bedrooms on three separate floors and plenty of room to spread out with living rooms on the basement and main floor levels. Nice hot tub downstairs, and a great deck off the back of the first floor tha had a large bbq, a gas fireplace, overhead radiant heating and a large dining table. This condo is good for a visit any season whether you're in the area for skiing, hiking, climbing, or just to enjoy being in the mountains for a getaway. 10/10 would book again!

Loved the place.

Perfect location for skiing at winter park but also having your space. The place was exactly as pictured and was a relaxing weekend away from the city. Would stay again.

Great stay for a group of friends.

Great stay for a group of friends. We all had privacy and plenty of room to move around and hang out. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessities. The views were beautiful and it’s close enough to skiing.

Great for large group

Summer Fun

We had a great time the weather was great very cool mornings and warm afternoons we rode bikes, went hiking, whitewater rafting, drove through Rocky Mountain National Park to see the animals. We saw Elk, Moose, Big Horn Sheep Black Bear and views of The prettiest Mountains! Very low humidity is a added bonus!

Couldn't have asked for more!

It was everything we were looking for and we enjoyed our stay very much! It was a quiet neighborhood while we were there and the rental had everything we needed. I would stay here again if I'm in that area of Colorado. Lots of great food and hiking nearby and the lake and playground within walking distance was a nice plus that we didn't know was there!

Great place

The accommodations were exactly as described. It was especially nice for everyone to have their own bathroom! We had no problem finding it or checking in. StayWinterPark was easy to communicate with and kept us well informed. There are very nice hiking trails in the area and the view was beautiful!

Great location

The place is warm and cozy with plenty of room to spread out . We loved the outdoor fireplace and kitchen that is covered with over head heat ! Your close to tubing hill, WinterPark, Granby Ranch . We came in winter for snowmobiling, skiing, Tubing, and love the area ! Can’t wait till we go back in summer and Fall !

Answer:

The bedding for our home is as follows:

Master bedroom has 1 King

Second bedroom has 1 King

Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins)

Fourth bedroom has 2 queens

We are waiting for new photos to be taken of the home as it has new bedding from what the original pictures display.
