This townhome in Fraser boasts a spacious backyard, perfect for pets, and is ideal for families looking for a rental property. It offers ample space and excellent amenities. Situated conveniently close to downtown Fraser, with its restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails, residents can easily access all the area has to offer. Additionally, the free town shuttle stop is conveniently located near the main entrance.


The main living area features vaulted ceilings, cozy sofas surrounding a wood burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The fully remodeled kitchen includes a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets and countertop space for easy meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a spacious table and enough chairs to comfortably seat up to 6 people.


The dining area features a small sunroom that has been transformed into a game room with stunning mountain views and a foosball table. Adjacent to the main entrance of the unit, you will find a washer and dryer.


A spacious outside area is accessible from the main living room, offering a large backyard for games, outdoor entertainment, a BBQ grill, and picnic table for al fresco dining. Relax on the private deck and unwind in the hot tub after a day of adventures.


The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a TV. A second bedroom also features a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds for the kids. The two bathrooms have been recently updated with new tile, flooring and vanities.


Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. Violators will be fined $200 per day for smoking on or inside the property.

Such a great house and location!
We so enjoyed our vacation in this home! It was perfect for our family and our pups. There was room to run and an afternoon soak in the river felt great! The house was perfect for what we needed!

Great Location
Great location for all our winter activities. Convenient to walk to grocery and Fraser shops. The place was very clean and taken care of, lots of space out back for our dogs to play. Hot tub was bonus! We Would definitely stay again!!

I thought the house was perfect
Our family had such a great time at this house from the hot tub, sledding at the Fraser hill and making cookies with the fire. We would love to see the area in the summer.

Cozy condo located close to ski areas and town. Great backyard with access to river path. Nice deck with spotless hot tub. Roomy enough for two couples and a baby.

Very comfy, cozy, and spacious.
As advertised in the photos and description. Only disappointment was that we bought food to grill for dinner only to find out the propane for the grill was empty. It was too late to call for assistance.

absolutely loved our stay here!
the place is so cute, hot tub ran perfectly and is nice and private, and the furniture and beds are really comfortable. I loved how many towels there were- plenty for all of us to hot tub and shower without running out. kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. overall, such a cozy place! the one thing I'll say is that we couldn't locate any all purpose cleaner to clean kitchen counters etc, just pet cleaning supplies. id absolutely stay here again, it was wonderful!!

Enjoyed everything!
I loved this little place! My group and I felt right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities and very clean! It was very cozy and the hot tub tied it all together. It was so beautiful to be in the hot tub with the snow fall. 10/10 would come again!

Nice location and area
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location is great, right along the river trail and very walkable to places in town. We really enjoyed the beautiful aspen tree next to the hot tub and back deck area. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfy. We were really pleased with how stocked the kitchen was with good knifes and pans. One minor issue was resolved quickly and we have only good things to say about our stay!

Amazing location!
The townhouse was comfortable and well decorated with everything we could need. We loved the fireplace and how easy it was to walk on the trail and to the town of Fraser. Our dog loved the huge backyard. Would stay again!

Great location!!
Super quick walk to the town of Fraser. The hot tub was really nice for the cool morning and evenings. Lots of grass space in the back to walk our dog.

Very nice place
Very nice place in a peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for a group of friends. A nearby path along the stream was great for taking my dogs for a walk.

Great place for our family, and Bruce too!
This was a great location, loved having the backyard and hot tub. Our beagle, Bruce, loved it too. So nice to walk up the street to the river trail, see the mountains all around. Thank you for sharing your home with us, hope to be back someday.
