The main level is the focal point of the cabin and is one story up from the entrance. Enjoy the views, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fan from the cozy living room. A gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and breakfast bar area with seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area offers mountain views from the large windows and will comfortably seat up to 6. In the living room you enjoy the luxurious furnishings, gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and easy access to the private deck with wonderful mountain views and deck furniture to enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunsets.
The loft area is accessible from the main living room and offers a second living room with comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV and great spot to relax. The loft area also has a full bathroom and bedroom with Captain’s bunk – great getaway for the kids!
The lower level offers the main entrance to the cabin and access to the garage. The garage can fit one large vehicle, or 2 smaller cars parked in tandem. This level has a washer and dryer and 2 bedrooms; the private patio offers a BBQ grill and cozy spot to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
The master suite offers a King bed with flat screen TV and large bathroom with dual vanities and walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom suite has King bed with flat screen TV, large bathroom with walk in tiled shower and vanity. In the third bedroom is one set of Captain’s Bunks and access to the main hallway bathroom.
Amenities in unit: Pet friendly, free Wi-Fi, no air conditioning, private patio, outdoor firepit, washer and dryer, gas fireplace.

The property was clean and quiet and exactly where you want to stay visiting Winter Park.
Had everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with appliances and utensils, dinner and serving ware. Great
My fiancé and I stayed here for 8 days for a hiking trip and we were not disappointed! The home is beautiful, all accommodations were excellent, and communication was great! We're glad we took a chance on staying in the Winter Park/ Fraser area (we've never been to this part of CO before) because it was gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and everything you need is within a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Colorado!
This is a well appointed rental with almost everything one would need. The beds are comfortable, it is quiet, and has a beautiful view. It is not a home for someone who cannot haul stuff up the stairs. FYI..the main living area is upstairs. A few suggestions that would make this perfect... Access to a lightweight vacuum cleaner. We are used to cleaning up after ourselves, and a vacuum would have been handy. The paper products are very low grade. We went out and purchased our own TP and paper towels. Some comfy deck furniture. It is a beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. Some instructions on the operation of the TV, clocks, etc. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed meeting the neighbors, deer and friendly dogs residing on our street. We hope to come back in the near future!
