The primary bedroom suite is located on the third floor, providing a generous space for restful slumber with a king-sized bed. It features a flat screen television and an adjoining full bathroom equipped with a custom vanity and a tiled shower enclosed.
Additionally, a second guest room on this level includes a custom-designed bunk bed with three twin beds and a single twin, complemented by a cozy den area furnished with bean bag chairs, a TV and single twin bed making it an ideal space for children. For laundry needs, a washer and dryer are conveniently available.
The rooftop deck presents stunning views and is furnished with comfortable chairs, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the scenery or the starry night sky as well as a private hot tub for a soothing soak.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of the guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal will take place between 10am and 4pm. If WPSM comes to the door, you may request proper identification and allow them access to the roof.
