The second level contains the living area, where all the action takes place. In walking up the stairs, you come into the gourmet kitchen that has all the pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets that you will need to make that exquisite meal. If cooking is not your thing, have coffee in the morning, or wine glasses for the afternoon to enjoy on the patio and watch the people or enjoy the music sounds of Hideaway Park across the street during the summer concerts. Next to Main Street you can walk to all the fantastic restaurants and shops that are just minutes away. The living room has a large smart HDTV ready for your use with cable to watch all the games or stream your favorite shows and movies. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and wonderful linens as well as its own TV for your enjoyment. A hall bath is available on this level. Heading to the third floor for some rest after a fun filled day.
On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom, the second guest room and the bunk room. The master bedroom is a place to curl up on the king size bed with a good book or to watch your favorite RomCom on the TV to escape from everyone else. The en-suite bath has all the items for you to pamper yourself. Down the hall is the second guest room that has an incredible queen sized bed and its own TV for your enjoyment. The bunk room is every kid’s dream. It is setup with a single over a double bed and the perfect hangout place for kids of all ages. The hall bath has all the needs for everyone’s use on this floor. Should you need to do some laundry while at our home, we have full size washer and dryer on this floor for your use along with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Heading to the rooftop.
The rooftop deck has spectacular 360 Degree Views of the entire Fraser Valley. The brand new hot tub is fabulous to enjoy year round to take away the aches and pains of an active day, whether it be skiing, biking, or hiking the beautiful nearby area or just to melt away the everyday worries of life. The new natural gas grill is perfect for searing your steaks, roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus for the family dinner. Enjoy dining or just relaxing on the patio table on the rooftop, enjoying the views and mountain fresh breeze.
COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE daily and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

**IMPORTANT TO KNOW** Please note that for the safety of guests renting this property and to provide easy access to the hot tub, guest will need to be aware that Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may need access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal would be between 10am and 4pm. If WPSM knocks on the door, you may ask for the proper ID and grant them access to the roof.
