This updated 3 bedroom has bonus bunk room to sleep up to 9 people and how can you not say yes to a rooftop hot tub and is pet friendly for your next downtown Winter Park getaway!

A heated garage is an ideal spot to store all your skis, snowboards, bikes, and boots; and 2 cars can be parked in tandem here. Entering the townhouse from the garage, you will find more places to keep coats and shoes and all of this is located on the lower level of the town home.

On the second level, the living area is where all the action takes place. Once you walk up the stairs, you come into the gourmet kitchen that has all the pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets that you will need to make that exquisite meal and there is plenty of seating at the custom breakfast bar area. If cooking is not your thing, have coffee in the morning, or wine glasses for the afternoon to enjoy on the patio and watch the people or enjoy the music sounds of Rendezvous Event Center across the street for the summer concert season. Located to Main Street in downtown, you can walk to all the fantastic restaurants and shops that are just minutes away. The living room has a large smart HDTV ready for your use with cable to watch all the games or stream your favorite shows and movies or relax and enjoy the gas fireplace. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, wonderful linens as well as its own TV for your enjoyment. A hall bath is available on this level.

Head up to the third floor for some rest after a fun filled day where the master bedroom, the second guest room and the bunk room are located. In the master bedroom, the king size bed is a great spot to enjoy a good book, watch your favorite RomCom on the TV or to escape from everyone else and has an en-suite bath has all the items for you to pamper yourself. Down the hall is the second guest room that has an incredible queen sized bed and its own TV for your enjoyment. The bunk room is every kid’s dream - setup with a single over a double bed and the perfect hangout place for kids of all ages. The hall bath has all the needs for everyone’s use on this floor. Should you need to do some laundry while at our home, we have full size washer and dryer on this floor for your use along with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Heading to the rooftop.

The rooftop deck has spectacular 360 Degree Views of the entire Fraser Valley. The brand new hot tub is fabulous to enjoy year round to take away the aches and pains of an active day, whether it be skiing, biking, or hiking the beautiful nearby area or just to melt away the everyday worries of life. The new natural gas grill is perfect for searing your steaks, roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus for the family dinner. Enjoy dining or just relaxing on the patio table on the rooftop, enjoying the views and mountain fresh breeze. NO air conditioning.

**IMPORTANT TO KNOW** Please note that for the safety of guests renting this property and to provide easy access to the hot tub, guest will need to be aware that Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may need access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal would be between 10am and 4pm and access will be via rooftop.

Clean and great location

It was a perfect location for the blues festival in Hideaway Park. We had a little trouble with the codes on the doors, but nothing major. Overall, great property - nice deck upstairs to sit outside in the summer.

Wonderful Experience

We loved our stay at this townhome. The house was large, well equiped, and in a great location. 5 minutes to the mountain and walking distance from town. Loved the heated garage. Will stay again when in Winter Park!

Clean condo close to ski bus kiosk.

This condo is clean and modern- but small. The seating for meals is only at a bar situation. Bedroom room is tight but beds are comfortable. Kitchen has many pans and gadgets if you can find them as they are stored haphazardly. Hot tub was not very clean. I would return knowing all of this.

perfect.

A party of nine, including grandparents, siblings and 3 grandkids. Winter Park is a standard for winter tourism but was surprisingly quiet , homey and friendly. For family gatherings and limited going out to take the younger ones to tubing, snow wars and lasting memories our apt rental was perfect.

his was an ideal and stocked space and location to celebrate a birthday weekend with a few couples. Private hot tub on the roof allowed for relaxation while enjoying the magnificent views. Directly across from the local Park, a strip mall and Salon for convenience.

Great spot with all the Upgrades

Our group enjoyed staying here. Lots of great surprises from a heated walkway to the hot tub, Bluetooth speaker, to non-stick pans and an insta pot. Made it very comfortable for our group. Our only issue was with the unmarked fire hydrant on the front side of the house. Didn’t see it late night and got a ticket, so watch out for that, but that had nothing to do with the space.

Fun Ski weekend

This unit was really easy to get to and location was great. Garage is a little tough to park in, but it does fit 2 cars. Property manager communicates really well and the unit is stocked the best for all of the places I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot. We will book again for either skiing or for a concert at the venue across the street.

The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. Denos Mountain Bistro is a 5 minute walk and highly recommended. You are right off of Main Street, and the shuttle stop for WP is basically outside your door.

Brand new place with all the amenities in a great location

This place is fantastic. It’s right in the center of town close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping. There’s a ski shuttle that’s very convenient. There’s nothing better than coming home from a long day of skiing or hiking and having your own private hot tub to relax in. This place is great for a family or a couples get away with the 4 bedrooms all equipped with a queen sized bed or larger. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

Awesome place! Great in-town location with an easy shuttle to the resort.

This is a great townhome! Very well equipped and clean. Location is fantastic - within walking distance to restaurants and bars and an easy shuttle to the resort. We went snowshoeing one day and it looks like there is a lot of summer hiking and biking trails nearby as well. On New Year’s Eve, we watched fireworks shot from the park across the street from our rooftop, really cool! Overall, great stay! We loved it and we are already talking about coming back!

Great Thanksgiving stay!

The place was great. Just as advertised. Close to eating places and shops in main part of town. It is a couple of miles from the ski area, but there is a shuttle stop across the street if you don't want to drive. Manager called to give us a heads up about a storm coming in, so we could try to change our flights and was very helpful with suggestions both before and once we got in town.

Fantastic Place!

Awesome town-home located so close to downtown Winter Park. We love being able to walk to restaurants and shopping as well as nice hiking trails. The perfect place to relax and get away for awhile. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck and the accommodations were lovely. Hope to return again very soon!

Clean & comfortable, close to everything!

I stayed here with family and friends for the opening weekend of WP and had such a great time! This brand new town home has everything you could possibly want out of a vacation rentals. It is beautifully appointed, and sparkling clean. The location is fantastic - walkable to many restaurants and shops, hideaway park and on the bus route to Winter Park! the hot tub on the roof is a great perk after skiing! The kitchen is well stocked - it has everything you could possibly need to make a delicious mal. With four bedrooms, it has plenty of room to spread out, and the beds are really comfortable. The living room/kitchen is fantastic for spending time together. A few jbl speakers are even available for use! We can't wait to come back!

Stayed here in late July

Great stay! This unit was great, new building and very clean inside. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well as beach towels on the 4th floor for the hot tub. Walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive (5 mins) to the mountain.

The free town shuttle stops every 1/2 hour in front to the complex buildings on Main Street.
