Rare Find! Beaver Village 4 Bedroom, 3 bath includes a base area ski locker at the Balcony House. Looking for ease and comfort for your next ski trip to Winter Park, this is the place to stay!

This second-floor condo is conveniently all on one level. Hardwood flooring welcomes you into the main living area shared with the kitchen and dining. The large dining table is open to the main living room and has a large window with forest view to enjoy during mealtime. The living room boasts a sectional sofa, wood burning fireplace and extra-large flat screen TV. Glimpse the fox and moose that frequently pass through the wooded areas throughout the complex from the private deck off the living room. No air conditioning.

The benefits do not end there! In the kitchen, new counter tops accent the wood cabinets and upgraded appliances. There are 4 spots at the breakfast bar for mealtime.

Sleeps 10 comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and cozy over-stuff chair with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms have access to the second hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has two twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room adds two additional sleeping spots.

Owners allow access to their ski locker at the Balcony House at the base area lodge at Winter Park Resort – contact us for details!

Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle which will stop in front of the building just a few steps from the front door. Guest are a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse as well.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

I let stay winter park know that the bedroom with the two double beds must be replaced to list this as sleeping 10 people. The beds are in terrible condition. Stay winter park who rents the VRBO said they would notify the property owner. This to me was not good enough. I would not plan on using one bedroom. I told stay winter park if they didn’t replace the beds this was my review. Be ware you cannot plan on using one room that sleeps 4. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

Great well maintained unit in a quiet place ( minus a few trains which are not very loud due to the slow speed at which they are traveling near by.) I would gladly stay here again.

great family vacation

We had a great family vacation staying in this condo. It is very spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your vacation. We loved the open concept of the kitchen with the living room for eating, socializing, watching TV, and enjoying the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. There were lots of amenities on the property that we took advantage of including the club house, pool, hot tub, and free movies. All of the people working at the desk were very friendly and helpful during our stay! There was also so much to do and see during our stay in Winter Park during the summer! We enjoyed hiking, white water rafting, Rocky Mountain National Park, St. Mary’s Glacier, Mount Evans, Winter Park, to name a few. This condo is in a great location to enjoy all of these activities and sites. It is also walking distance to the town of Winter Park and has a shuttle to the Winter Park ski hills. We highly recommend staying in this condo for a wonderful vacation full of adventures and family fun! We can’t wait to go back!

Very Comfortable, accommodating condominium close to the ski hill

I would definitely recommend Beaver Village Condominiums as the ideal option for anyone who is tired of the stress of home ownership, but still wants to enjoy all of the amenities of staying at such a beautiful place like Winter Park, along with peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings. It was also such a pleasant experience with being so close to the ski hill and having public transportation that could take you anywhere you wanted for no additional cost. The condo came with very thoughtful but also very valuable information about the condo, general area, stores, things to do and places to eat etc. The rooms are spacious, clean, with large closets and attractive decor. Having four large and comfortable rooms with 3 bathrooms is so convenient and not to mention having your own balcony or porch as well as a separate entrance for each renter is a plus. The condominium also features a large swimming pool that is maintained daily, with several hot tubs as well as a sauna. Towels are offered and there are locker rooms for changing that come equipped with keys and locks for added safety, and offers multiple showers for washing off the chlorine. The Laundry room features newly updated machines that accept quarters as well as credit cards for you’re convenience and there are enough machines so you’ll never need to wait for an open one. The grounds are beautifully maintained in the Summer, and kept plowed and salted in the Winter. The entire complex blends in with the mountains and are well designed. The view from the balcony is so relaxing and beautiful to look at, especially during these trying times. I would sincerely recommend this condominium to anyone who is interested in visiting this booming area to enjoy the breathtaking views and Immerse you’re self in the one of a kind experience that follows.
