Located in the upper cul de sac of Beaver Village, this unit backs up to the forest offering great views from the private balcony of the Winter Park Resort views and is beautifully illuminated with all the natural light on the second floor. This end unit provides a private and peaceful setting.


The updated kitchen has everything to make a quick breakfast or a full holiday meal. This space is shared with the dining area with seating for 4, plus extra seating at the kitchen bar. On past the dining is the living area with gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, and private deck with plumbed gas grill to help avoid running out of propane while grilling and has a forest view. No air conditioning.


The master bedroom has Queen bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 Twins; additional sleeping options are in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper. The second bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area are available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Great place for sking and seeing the town.
Located right inbetween winter park resort and winterpark town. Great place for a location to stay. Bus comes right to the front door.

Nice place - a quick walk to Main Street
A nice condo, comfortable, up on second floor and super convenient to Main St. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the Club house! Would stay here again!
