New carpeting throughout and a modern theme for furnishings will compliment your getaway - this family friendly condo offers a wonderful spot for your Winter Park getaway year round.

Located on the ground floor of the building with private deck with a forest view to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a peace evening after enjoying all of the outdoor activities. Beaver Village is conveniently a mile away from the ski resort with shuttle access, and walk to town for summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center, shopping and dining.

The main living area provides a large room feeling with the open floor plan. A dining table will comfortably seat 6 and you can toast the day's success in the great outdoors. From the comfortable sectional you can choose your view - the ambiance of the gas fireplace, TV or gaze out through the sliding glass door to the private deck with a forest view. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for mealtime preparations. NO air conditioning.

The master bedroom offers a King bed and flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with Double down, Twin up, full bathroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

We had a great stay!

The condo was incredibly clean with everything needed. The communication was prompt and the check-in process was very smooth. We didn't end up using many of the amenities such as the pool, but this is a fantastic addition to a getaway vacation!

Great place!

We loved this place! Everything was comfortable. Very comfotable! The king bed suite was lovely and the other bedroom suite had a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and an additional trundle. And the living room has a pull out couch. Lots of sleeping options.The kitchen was well stocked. This place was just a quick 5 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and just a few minute drive into Winter Park for shops and restaurants. We're excited to come back with the rest of the family!

Very Comfortable Stay

This condo was perfect! My son loved the bunk bed (now he wants one) and the place could have slept another family or a couple more kids if we needed it. Lots of small touches; games, coffee filters and coffee, plenty of kitchenware, blankets, etc. It’s in the perfect location; 5 mins from the resort, less than 5 to the town of Winterpark and another 5 to Fraser. We would stay here again!

True mountain condo

This a true mountain condo within the lodgepole pine forest and is very quiet! The club house staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Weekend getaway

Nicely furnished and very responsive, friendly management. Fireplace was the source of heat in the living room but was broken. There was no note to that effect. Maintenance person came promptly and diagnosed the problem but couldn’t fix it. Other than that the place seemed very clean with modern appliances and fixtures.
