We highly recommend Travel Insurance for the following reasons:
An initial deposit equal to 10% is due at the time of booking. Any reservations that have an arrival date between 5/1/2023-10/31/2023, the final payment is due 7 days prior to the arrival date. If you are booking inside of 7 days prior to the arrival date, the full payment will be due at the time of booking.
If your reservation dates are between the dates of 11/1/2022 – 4/30/2023, the final payment will be due 14 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings inside of 14 days prior to arrival date, will require full payment at the time of booking.
Credit card given for the deposit payment, will be automatically charged on the due dates for final payments.
All prices listed below are for the total lodging rent, taxes, service fees and cleaning fees for certain properties.
Please note that you will receive a deposit payment confirmation letter and Rental agreement within 24 hours of making your reservation.
Payments: PLEASE NOTE when we charge your credit card, the charge will appear on your statement under Yapstone. This is our credit card processor and it may not show Stay Winter Park. Please do not dispute the charge; if there are questions, please contact us. Yapstone's Terms and Conditions.
Special Requests: Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special requests, however, we cannot make any guarantees for bedding, view, floor, in-unit amenities, private balconies, unit location or specific unit number. We will attempt to notify you in advance if a special request is not going to be honored due to unforeseen circumstances.
Unit Information: Please note none of our units are equipped with air conditioning. Many of our units have only stair access to the unit or interior stairs and do not offer elevator access. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi access. If there is a special request we need to be aware of, please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
Rental Guarantee: StayWinterPark reserves the right, without notice, to move you to a similar or upgraded rental property IF the original rental property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We will attempt to notify you in advance of your options whenever possible.
Cancellation Policies: Any monies, once received by StayWinterPark, are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will need to contact us for verbal confirmation. In the event of extenuating circumstances that may arise, we will come to a reasonable resolution for both parties – there is no guarantee of a refund. Travel insurance has been made available with your reservation. The Plan provides coverage for many of the incidents that may occur before, during and after your stay with us. Please review the plan options here for the Winter Travel Insurance. You may contact Generali Global Assistance with specific questions at 1-800-874-2442.
Changes: Any changes to reservations for arrival or departure dates, room sizes and location are subject to current availability and there will be only 1 date change allowed. We will try to help accommodate all requests from our guests.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to many regulations and rules set forth by local health departments, government, and HOAs or due to HOA construction, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information as we update this information to our best ability. If you are unsure, please contact our Guest Service Team at 970-726-6200 or firstname.lastname@example.org. All clubhouse amenities are provided to all guests complimentary and therefore, there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest’s stay.
Guest Portal: Please use the Guest Portal to get information on your upcoming stay, specific unit information and the Winter Park area. You will receive the invite to the Portal 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Check in time starts at 4PM. We are happy to try to accommodate an earlier check-in if the vacation rental is ready and this may be subject to an additional cost.
Check out time is at 10AM. There will be an additional cost for any check outs past 10AM.
All guests must complete our online registration form to be provided with the electronic door codes or secure lock box combo for entry into the vacation rental. If you are unable to do so, we will ask that you stop at our local office for registration.
All of our properties are Non-smoking and have a No Pet Policies (Exception for pets if you rent one of our Pet Friendly properties). There will be a fine of up to $500.00 for any violation of these policies.
Maximum occupancy limits for all rentals are strictly enforced.
Quiet hours for all rentals from 10PM to 8AM.
All guests will need to adhere to posted policies, rules and regulations and parking at the vacation rental.
By providing your credit card number on the following screen, you agree and acknowledge to the above stated policies. You also agree that you are the legal card holder authorized to use this number.
