The upper level of the unit features an open loft that provides a view of the main living room area below. This loft is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and it includes access to a full bathroom.

The entry level of the unit features the master bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom that includes the added luxury of a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there is a second bedroom on this level that contains both a double and a twin bed, along with a flat screen TV to provide entertainment for the children.

The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor.
