Description Description
This beautifully appointed and expansive unit features two bedrooms, a loft and three bathrooms, situated on the sixth floor of the building. Ideal for families, this rental accommodates up to eight guests in beds and includes various amenities to enhance your comfort, such as a Pack-n-play crib, a game table suitable for cards or board games and a sound bar in the main living area for those with hearing impairments, along with complimentary Wi-Fi access. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.


The primary level of the unit features soaring vaulted ceilings in the main living area, which is equipped with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Additionally, there is access to a private balcony that provides views of the Winter Park Ski Resort and partial vistas of the Continental Divide.


The dining room, situated next to the primary living area, is positioned on a raised level and features a spacious wooden table with seating for six individuals. Furthermore, there are three additional seats available at the breakfast bar that provide a view of the kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully equipped, offering ample countertop space, modern appliances and an abundance of cabinetry.


The upper level of the unit features an open loft that provides a view of the main living room area below. This loft is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and it includes access to a full bathroom.


The entry level of the unit features the master bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom that includes the added luxury of a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there is a second bedroom on this level that contains both a double and a twin bed, along with a flat screen TV to provide entertainment for the children.


The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor. Additionally, residents can conveniently walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for various dining and shopping options.
The hot tubs are closed until further notice.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Perfect location
Perfect location to get to everything downtown. 5-10 minutes to ski resort or bus is right in front. Coin laundry with easy access. Spacious 3 story apartment. Lots of stairs. Kids loved the loft

Condo is as advertised. It is spacious with a nice common area. The location is close to the main rental offices for a quick check in. The underground parking is convenient. The mgmt staff was responsive and courteous. The upstairs bedroom is a loft space and sound communicates with the rest of the condo.

Great spot for a family
Everything was really great, but the communication and check-in via VRBO wasn’t so straightforward, they do it through their own property management portal which is just OK. All through VRBO would be preferable.

Perfect Location
This unit is big and beautiful and very close to the town of Winter Park as well as the resort. Nearby bus stops will take you straight to the resort as well, and they are super close walking distance to the unit. Loved this stay!

Perfect place, perfect location
We stayed here with our toddler and some friends, and it was perfect. The size and layout allowed us to be together when we wanted to be, and have our own space as well. It was clean and well-appointed, and the location (with parking!) made for an amazing stay. Across the street from a brewery, walking distance to everything, and on multiple bus lines. 10/10 will stay again.

I have booked unit 607 with another couple. We want to know if the laundry facility on site is open to use and if we can take an elevator to the the 6th floor ? What will the damage deposit be ? Thank you.

Answer:

Yes the laundry facility is paid laundry and open at this time.  The elevator is available for all guests in the building and is accessible from the lower level parking garage to the 6th floor.

We take a credit card imprint at check in.

Is this in the “old town” area? And how close is it to the resort shuttle?

Answer:

The Crestview Place is located on Main Street in downtown Winter Park.  The town shuttle does stop in front of the building hourly and this is  2 1/2 miles from the Winter Park Resort.

I am looking to book this unit for January 9-15 and wanted to know your cancellation policy as I am booking for 7 and most of them can’t give me their confirmation til first week of December, but I would like to hold the reservation if cancellation policy permits. Thank you

Our policy is for a 10% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to the arrival date.

We offer travel insurance for an additional 7%.  

Any monies once we receive them are nonrefundable.

There are 2 indoor hot tubs in the building.  They are located on the 2nd floor.  This unit is on the 6th floor.  There is elevator access between floors.

There are 2 parking spots for the condo at the property and if there are more spots needed, the property is across the street from the public parking garage.
