The unit has been recently updated with hardwood flooring throughout, updated furnishings and will sleep up to 4. A comfortable sofa in the living room with wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, free wi-fi access and a queen sofa sleeper. No air conditioning.

In the open floor plan with the living room, a small dining area has table and chairs for mealtime and provides easy access to the remodeled kitchen including new appliances (PLEASE NOTE: the fridge is smaller than the standard size), wood cabinets and pretty tiled back splash.

Queen size bed in the bedroom and the full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.

This unit is on the 1st floor of the building. The free town shuttle stop is a few steps away but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.

The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
