The large living room area has access to a private deck, wood burning fireplace, updated carpeting and furnishings, flat screen TV with DVD player, exposed wood beams on the ceiling and a sofa sleeper if you need an additional spot for sleeping. No air conditioning.
In both the kitchen and dining areas, newer hardwood flooring has been installed. Additional updates in the kitchen include new counter tops, painted cabinets, new appliances and in the adjacent dining area a large table and chairs to comfortably seat 6.
A master bedroom suite has a full bathroom, queen bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to the main hallway bathroom.
This unit is on the second floor, a few steps away from the recreation center, free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.
The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
