Beautifully decorated and remodeled 2 bedroom townhome is a great Winter Park getaway.

The open floor plan on the main level has the living room with comfortable modern themed furnishings, flat screen TV, DVD, free in unit Wi-Fi access, wood-burning fireplace and queen sofa sleeper. No air conditioning.

In dining room a large table offers seating for 6 persons and view to the main living area. The kitchen has updated with new vinyl plank flooring, new appliances, wood cabinets and tiled quartz counter tops.

The private patio offers views of the mountains and surrounding forest and is accessible from the living room.

Near the main entrance of the unit is a bathroom with new vanity and toilet.

The upper floor of the unit has a new king bed and furnishings with flat screen TV in the master bedroom. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The second full bathroom is in the common hallway and includes new ceramic tile floors, vanity and cabinet.

The Hideaway Village complex is a secluded yet convenient location just minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski resort. Guests can enjoy an extensive trail system year-round - great hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing just a few steps away. On the free town shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Good

I Suggest only for 3 or 4 max members capacity, We are 6 and this place is very small faced problem. Difficult to find the location if you can check in early before sunset will be better else for late night checkin will get trouble. Host response is good even at late night she came and helped us to find location.

It’s a nice cozy place.

We had everything we need in the house. Short drive to the main road for restaurants. Little tricky to find it in the dark but the directions provided at check in office was helpful.
