Updated 1 bedroom condo is great for a small family, couple or singles in this 1 bedroom ski-in/ski-out location.

The kitchen area has new granite counter-tops, tiled floors, new appliances and provides an open view to the main living room. There is seating for 2 at the counter and additional seating for 4 in the dining area that will provide a forest view and the warmth of the gas fireplace. No air conditioning.

In the living room, comfortable furnishing, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, free WI-FI and access to the large private deck where you can enjoy the views. A Queen Murphy bed can be stored away to enjoy more living space during the day and an extra spot for sleeping. The sofa sleeper will also provide extra room for guests.

A private bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV is off the main living area. The main bathroom has also been updated with new vanity, faucet, tiled shower enclosure and flooring.

There is an elevator access to each floor and covered parking for guest to use.

Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.

All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.

Property amenities include hot tubs, pool, game room, business center, workout facilities.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
