This location is at the base of the Winter Park resort and provides a ski-in/ski-out experience for guests. During the summer season, there will be a free shuttle for transportation and is an easy walk to the Base Village area for shopping and dining.
The kitchen area has new granite counter-tops, tiled floors, new appliances and provides an open view to the main living room. There is seating for 2 at the counter.
The living room offers a gas fireplace, flat screen and small dining area to enjoy meals. A Murphy bed is a comfortable Queen that can be stored away to enjoy more living space during the day and the sofa sleeper will provide extra room for guests. The private balcony and wifi make enjoying the day off the slopes easy. No air conditioning.
The main bathroom has also been updated with new vanity, faucet, tiled shower enclosure and flooring.
Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.

There is an elevator access to each floor and covered parking.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule. NO bikes are allowed on decks of units.

cozy spot.. we love the iron horse and this condo specifically.
Everything was great about this stay. The accommodations were good with easy access to skiing. The building was well maintained and everything worked great. The only issue was with the parking. Our rental car was mistakenly booted by the Condo Association but the Rental Management was quick to resolve the issue at no cost to us. The resort village itself was a little disappointing as they could use more retail shopping opportunities and a greater variety of food places. All in all a good stay.

Our cancellation policy states that any monies once received are non refundable. We ask for a 10% deposit at the time of booking and the final balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. We do offer the option for travel insurance as well.
