The dining and kitchen area are adjacent to each other with updated counter-tops and newer appliances. The dining area will comfortably seat up to 6 persons and you can enjoy the lovely view during mealtime. The open floor plan also includes hardwood flooring throughout and the main living room with comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, free in unit wireless internet and access to the private deck with forest and mountain views. No air conditioning.
A bonus amenity in the living room, a Queen Murphy bed – great spot for extra sleeping and can be folded back up during the day.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, TV and a bonus bathroom complete shower/tub combo and large custom vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the second full hallway bathroom.
There is parking for one in the open lot or C/D garage. Other vehicles can be parked for a fee in the resort lots or for free in the downtown Winter Park parking garage.
Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.

All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.

Great location and the amenities at the facility were truly spectacular
Apartment is very big and they have all utilities. Host was responsive and answered all our requests. Only 3 min drive to downtown. The pool was open and it was also great. The codes to check in are very long and the place has lot of rules. On airbnb they don’t list all info for check out and where the pool, game room and garbages are so we had to ask, but a part for that we really liked it and it was comfortable.
The condo is perfectly located for a ski in/ski out stay. Although it was summer when we last stayed, it is located on the 5th Floor and less than 40 yards from the door to the trails. Truly a wonderful stay for both summer time and winter time!
Our stay was nice, quite and the pool was fun for the kids.
Great location! The condo is on the 5th floor which makes it handy because that's where the catwalk is located in order go outside and access the ski-in/ski-out feature. The elevators were fast which made it nice not having to wait long for one. The space worked great for our few days in Winter Park. Easy walk to the village or a quick drive into town for supper or groceries. There wasn't a TV in the master bedroom which was fine because we were too tired to watch it. The hot tubs on the property were nice to relax in (and meet fellow vacationers) although the jets didn't work on one of them. Plenty of towels and linens. We'd definitely stay here again.
The condo is as described. Very conveniently located, right on the slopes.
