Get the best of location and amenities in magnificent 2 bedroom, 3 bath condominium at the Iron Horse Resort on the ground floor.

This renovated Iron Horse unit offers a warm and comfortable interior with a spacious floor plan, great entertainment options and plenty of bedding for a family getaway or a group of couples.

The large open floor plan encompasses the living, dining and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace for the perfect spot to relax on the luscious sofas and watch all the movies, sports and your favorite TV shows on the 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV with Comcast cable. There is a double murphy bed for extra sleeping spot and easy to close up during the day.

The private deck is accessible from this room and offers a small spot to enjoy to relax, quick bite to easy and take a soak in the private hot tub.

The dining and kitchen area are adjacent to each other. In the large kitchen granite counter-tops, plenty of cabinets, hardwood floors, top of the line stainless steel appliances and small breakfast bar area that will seat 3. The large dining area can be used as work space and is close to the small wet bar area and wine cooler. There is free in unit wireless internet, no air conditioning. The bonus bathroom next to the dining area.

The master bedroom is decorated with wood King sleigh bed and an extra twin bed if you need a spot for the kids; flat screen TV, access to the private deck and a bonus bathroom complete with tiled shower enclosure and new vanity.

The 2nd bedroom also has a two double beds, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with vanity, tub and shower.

Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.

All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.

All amenities on property that are listed below: outdoor pool, hot tubs, work out facility, game room, business center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule.
