This townhome features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is conveniently located in downtown Winter Park, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, a movie theater with bowling alley and the Grand Park Recreation Center. Additionally, there is easy access to the town shuttle service for those eager to reach the ski resort. The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to nine guests.
The lower level features two bedrooms, one is equipped with a Queen bed and small TV, while the other contains a bunk bed with a twin mattress on the top and a Queen mattress below, in addition to a futon. A full bathroom is located within the hallway. This second bedroom also includes a TV, an en-suite bathroom and provides access to the hot tub room.
The upper level features an expansive open-concept kitchen, dining area and living space adorned with vaulted ceilings. Should the captivating views from the windows fail to engage you, the wood-burning fireplace and sizable large flat screen TV are sure to capture your attention. Additionally, you may take pleasure in the selection of movies and games available on the shelves. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything essential for meal preparation and is adjacent to the dining area. A third full bathroom on this level is easily accessible from the main room and next to the third bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed.
Important to note that there is a security camera outside the front door of the property.
