The dining area offers a table and chairs with seating for 6 persons and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar for 2 with bar stools. In the kitchen, updated appliances and cabinets are accented with a tiled floor and beautiful counter tops.
The lower level master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that has been updated with new vanity and tiled floor with a queen bed. Also on the lower level, the second bedroom also has one queen bed. The second bathroom on this level has also been updated with new tile and vanity.
The third bedroom is great for the kids with three twin bed on is on the third level of the condo in the open loft that overlooks the main living room area.

During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.

COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.
