Book your next visit to Granby Ranch in our beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom condominium. This property is ideally situated within walking distance of the Granby Ranch slopes and offers access to a variety of outdoor activities year-round, complemented by unique amenities and stunning views of the mountains and valley.
This beautifully remodeled condominium features a modern interior design, an expansive floor plan and vaulted ceilings, making it the perfect retreat for families. Situated on the second floor of the building, access requires navigating three flights of stairs to reach the exterior entrance, followed by additional steps to enter the main living room area and loft bedroom.
The expansive living room features vaulted ceilings and multiple inviting sofas, providing a comfortable space to unwind while taking in the views.  It is equipped with a flat screen television and a gas fireplace.  The living room also provides convenient access to a private deck, where one can bask in the Colorado sunshine and appreciate the beauty of the evening sunsets.
A glass wall partition delineates the living room from the main dining area, which can comfortably accommodate up to six persons and is equipped with a ceiling fan.  The spacious gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, an island for convenient meal preparation, stainless steel appliances and ample space for preparing all of your vacation meals, along with a large closet for storing outdoor equipment.
A notable feature of this property is the private indoor hot tub, conveniently located adjacent to the main living room.  This area includes a storage space for additional towels and boasts windows that offer picturesque views of the private deck, allowing for a serene experience while you unwind.  Additionally, there is a full bathroom situated nearby in the common hallway, enhancing the convenience of this amenity.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings equipped with a ceiling fan, a flat screen television, a spacious closet and a full en-suite full bathroom.
The second level loft boasts an open design with two double beds, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.  Additionally, a half wall provides a view of the main living room area situated below.
Additional features comprise complimentary WI-FI access and outdoor parking available for up to two vehicles.
By obtaining a Granby Ranch pass, you can partake in skiing and biking without incurring substantial fees and taxes. Experience a lifestyle of convenience with hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing available just steps from your residence.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.  Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Comfortable and nice
This is a comfortable and nicely finished condo. One queen master bedroom and a three-single-bed loft was ample room for our family of four. The kitchen is good, so we cooked often. Comfortable living room. There is no view, if that’s important to you. The indoor hot tub was a fun touch. Overall we had a nice comfortable stay.
