The condo has a comfortable interior with updated floors and new furniture throughout the main living area.The condo is situated close to in-town dining with a free shuttle bus outside the complex that takes you to the Winter Park Resort. Each room has a sliding door leading to an outdoor space. The condo has fast wifi and TVs with Netflix in the main area and in all 3 bedrooms. No air conditioning.This is a ground level unit with walkout patio. There are stairs from the parking area to the building.Amenities on property: Complex is close to downtown Winter Park offers amazing mountain views, brand new large outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry facilities and free parking.Please see our website for more specifics on cleaning and safety in our vacation rentals.NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Beautiful Condo
The remodel done in this condo is beautiful. Everything is done with quality and they provided everything we needed in the condo. The laundry room is conveniently only steps away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
My husband and I , two grown children , and their partners came out for a ski weekend. The place was spotless, nicely appointed and had plenty of room for us all. We really appreciated that each couple had their own bathroom.. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. We also loved the 8 ! thermostats so we could all adjust to our comfort level. Your lovely condo was clearly well thought out as everything we could have needed or wanted was there from spices and cooking spray to room for our snowboard gear. The price was very reasonable. The condo had plenty of parking right in front of the building and it was a short drive to the base of WP. There is also a free shuttle bus stop a short walk away but we did not use it.
