This condominium features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, encompassing a total area of 950 square feet. It boasts an open floor plan, enhanced by newer carpeting throughout and a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Located on the third floor, this unit does not have elevator access; the elevator services only the parking level to the building level.


This exceptionally luminous and welcoming condominium features breathtaking mountain views from three private decks situated on the building’s third floor. It is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Winter Park and roughly three miles from the Winter Park Resort. The complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the complex, providing effortless access to both the ski area and downtown, making it an ideal choice for your next ski or summer vacation.


The living room features a wood burning fireplace and a 45 inch flat screen HDTV, which can be viewed comfortably from the spacious sectional sofa. Sliding glass doors provide access to a private deck that offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest. The open floor plan integrates the living room and dining area, which includes a dining table that seats four, along with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Please note that there is no air conditioning.


The master bedroom is spacious, featuring a King-sized bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also well-appointed, offering a King-sized bed and direct access to the expansive private deck, along with access to the hallway bathroom. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper, accommodating a total of six guests in the condo.


The property offers a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tubs, and a dry sauna. Additionally, there is a small fitness room, a yoga studio, a spacious game room and laundry facilities available for a fee. Guests can also enjoy complimentary covered parking in the open garages for one vehicle, with extra parking available outside.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Almost Perfect
First my demerit, which is minor in nature. There are two flights of stairs that lead to the third floor. For someone like me who isn’t in the best shape, and dealing with high altitude, I was out of breath pretty quickly. Bringing our luggage upstairs was quite the adventure. I’m sure most people wouldn’t have issues. My other demerit is the lack of towels. There were four bath towels. No spares. So, if a child had an issue, you’d have to take your towels and pay the $2.00 to the washing machine and $1.75 for the dryer (along with laundry detergent - we brought ours) to clean the towels. Bring extra towels. Speaking of bathrooms, bring extra shampoo/soap. If we stayed longer than four nights, we would have run out. One other thing. If you are one to recycle, there’s none at this complex. 😢 All trash, no recycling. Otherwise, we loved the property! It was clean, quiet, and for the four of us, it was exceptional! The garage kept our car clean from the snow. The large sectional couch was comfy. The beds were comfortable. Lots of TV channels to view. The WiFi is fast! The bus stop is right around the corner. The ski locker helped out tremendously! It was nice not storing our ski gear in the car or in the condo. Thanks for the great accommodations. Will look for another property, except on the 1st floor.

We apologize there were not more towels, shampoo and conditioner in the unit - we do have a local office that can provide these items. We will also share your comments on the recycling options with the building HOA.

Ski getaway
A great space! Comfortable with easy access to the mountain. Covered parking with ski lockers. Public bus picks up just outside of the unit. The amenities are great, too, especially the hot tub(s) after a long ski day. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would happily stay here again.

Nice stay
We stayed for two nights with our kids. The unit was on the top floor, with good space, and well stocked. Would stay again!

Everything you need
Perfect skin stay! Even the local lift bus picks you up and drops you at base of mountain so don’t have to fuss with parking at resort!
