The Telemark property is a newly constructed townhome complex off the main street in downtown Winter Park – a great location to walk to the downtown activities and attractions. During the winter months, the free shuttle accesses the property every ½ hour.
These units offer lavish interior decor and some of the high-end finishes that afford a luxury getaway. All units come complete with the common features of four-panel interior alder doors and trim, pendant styled lighting and energy efficient radiant heating system.
This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome is 3 levels encompassing 2,011 square feet. The entry level has slate tile in the mudroom and 1 car garage access and secondary master suite. This secondary suite has 1 king bed, and full bathroom complete with granite counter tops with double sinks, tile bath and soaking tub.
The common hallway provides access to the ground floor private patio and outdoor hot tub with river view.
The main floor is home to the great room. The large room has 9-foot ceilings and large expansive windows allowing for lots of sunshine to penetrate the room. The hardwood floors throughout compliment the granite counter tops in the kitchen. The stainless steel appliances and alder wood cabinets make the gourmet kitchen a joy to cook it.
The living room has a gas fireplace, DVD player and 48” flat screen HDTV. The large dining table has seating for 8 with 2 additional space at the breakfast bar in adjacent kitchen.
The private deck is accessed from the sliding glass doors and has seating with BBQ grill. The main floor also has a washer/dryer in the hallway.
A shared ¾ bathroom is centrally located between the 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 twins and the third has a Captain’s bunk.
The top floor of the town home is a secluded main master bedroom. This area has a working den complete with desk, coach for reading, free Wi-Fi outside the main bedroom area. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, king bed and adjoining bathroom complete with granite counter tops, double sinks, 2 person soaking tub and large windows provide a mountain and river view.
COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
