Dogwood 203 is a first floor unit with 1,200 square feet of living space that offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open living room with a wood paneled accent wall to compliment the lovely furnishings, gas fireplace, TV, VCR, queen sofa sleeper and no air conditioning.
In the center of the main room, the dining area overlooks the private balcony and will seat 6 persons. The private balcony offers a small mountain view.
A full kitchen has newer flooring, appliances, counter tops and wood cabinets.
One queen bed and full bathroom are in the master suite. Second bedroom has two twin beds. The hallway bathroom is outside the second bedroom. The unit has a washer/dryer next to the second bathroom.
Please note that there are stairs that lead to the unit and there is no elevator at the property as the ground floor of the building is reserved for the 1 car garage.
An outdoor hot tub is available for all guest and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
