An open floor plan compliments the 1,200 square feet of interior space of this 2 bedroom unit on the first floor.
In the living room, modern mountain themed furnishings surround the gas fireplace, TV and VCR. Guest will also enjoy the queen sofa sleeper and free Wi-Fi access in the unit. No air conditioning.
Adjacent to the main living room, there is access to the private deck with view of the Continental Divide and a dining area that will seat 6 persons.
A fully equipped kitchen has all the needed cooking and eating utensils provided, wood cabinets, newer flooring and appliances.
A master bedroom suite has a full bathroom and queen size bed.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds - good for singles or kids.
There is a common hallway bathroom and washer and dryer in the unit.
Evergreen is a non smoking and no pets allowed rental with a 1 car garage parking.
Please note the ground floor of the building has the garage for parking and there are stairs to climb to access the unit. There is no elevator on the property.
In front of the Evergreen building there is one common area outdoor hot tub and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
