This is unit has 1,200 square feet of living space and is on the first floor of the building. The rental is also non smoking and has a no pet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental.
The living room has a gas fireplace, TV with VCR, queen sofa sleeper and a wood paneled accent wall and free in unit Wi-Fi access. No air conditioning.
The dining area is adjacent to the main living area with a large table and seating for 6 persons and a mountain view and access to the private deck.
The fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, wood cabinets and lots of counter top space.
The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and queen bed. A second bedroom has two twin beds. The main hallway has access to the second full bathroom.
Bonus amenities include an in unit washer and dryer and 1 car garage parking space.
Please note guests must use the stairs to access the first floor of the building and there is no elevator on the property. The ground floor has the garage for parking.
All guests can use the one common area outdoor hot tub and on the free town shuttle.
