Beautiful and spacious pet friendly 3 bedroom unit right from the heart of downtown Winter Park, this Trailhead Lodge unit has a wonderful view off the back deck of the Winter Park Ski Resort and downtown area of Winter Park a great place to drink morning coffee, outdoor dining area or a great spot to enjoy the evening sunsets.


Families or small groups will love the extra bedding and modern feel. There is hardwood flooring throughout the main great room with a full gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for 4. In the main dining area is a large table with bench seating and is open to the living area which offers lots of windows to enjoy the view, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, access to the private balcony and vaulted ceilings. No air conditioning.


In the master bedroom is a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen and with twin day bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin set up as custom bunks and futon. Two full bathrooms in the unit are accessible from the main hallway and have been updated with granite vanity counters and tiled shower/tub combos.


Located on the 3rd floor of the building, guest can use the common elevator for easy access. PARKING: 2 permitted spots only.


The complex is conveniently located next to the Rendezvous Event Center that offers music, food, and fitness events during the summer months. During the Winter season Rendezvous Event Center converts into a sledding hill fit for all ages. You can easily walk the ½ block to Main Street in downtown or catch a ride on the free town shuttle for the ultimate ski retreat for a couple or small family.


PLEASE NOTE: There is construction ongoing near the complex - guests may hear and see construction work.


Clubhouse amenities located on site which include outdoor grilling area game room, workout room, hot tub and outdoor pool at the Trailhead Lodge clubhouse year round.


NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.

Great 30th bday

The condo was perfect for our short stay. There is a nice washer and dryer and the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to use when cooking.

Convenient and roomy
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very convenient to everything including the festival. The only issue was the internet connection, it took a while to boot and turn on, Otherwise it was great!!!

Great condo a short walk from the ski bus
We really enjoyed staying at the property while we skied at Winter Park. The ski bus stop was only a block away and made it easy getting to and from the resort each day. We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community also had a nice heated pool and hot tub, which we used after skiing each day. The only drawback is that there were no TVs in two of the bedrooms, but at least the bunk room has its own TV. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Winter Park

Ideal for all ages
The condo was very comfortable. The “kid cave” with the bunk beds was a big hit with the pre-teens! The adults were very pleased with the quality and quantity of cooking utensils available for our use. And the dining table with great seating capacity allowed our families from two condos to eat together. Happiness all around!
