The Vasquez Creek condos are located in downtown Winter Park.
This 3 bedroom unit is at the end of the main building and has two private decks with magnificent views of the surrounding forest and Vasquez Creek that runs next to the unit. This is one of our budget category rentals.
The interior of the unit has 3 levels of living space with 1,368 square feet of living space.
At the main entrance of the unit, there is a small area with coat closet and the staircases to access the lower level and the main living room.
The open floor plan for the main level has a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter tops space and cabinets. There is also a breakfast bar area with 4 bar stools for additional seating during meals.
The dining table will seat 4 and is open to the living room with a view of the fireplace.
The main living room has new furnishings, flat screen TV, DVD player and sliding glass doors to access the upper level private deck.
The upper level of the condo has a queen bed in the open loft that overlooks the main living room and there is a shower bath.
The lower level of the unit has lots of closet space and 2 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has queen bed and the other bedroom is great for kids with two sets of bunks beds. There is a full updated bathroom on this level as well.
Amenities in unit: FREE Wi-Fi access, flat screen TV, Washer/Dryer, large private deck, views of Winter Park Resort and Vasquez Creek.
COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
