Our Timber Court residence is an upscale contemporary getaway situated at the base of Granby Ranch Resort offering lots of amenities, three interior levels and provides ski-in/ski-out access. Guests can relish the stunning mountain vistas from a private patio and plenty of interior space on two interior levels with lots of bedding options for large families or groups. This home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests and is meticulously crafted with an open floor plan upon entering with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring throughout.
The main living area has plenty of comfortable furnishing surrounding the gas fireplace and flat screen TV and plenty of windows allowing for abundant sunshine to penetrate the overall ambiance of the room. Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen offers a breakfast bar at the main kitchen island with seating for up to four and additional dining table area for up to four guests. The overall kitchen also has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for meal preparation. Guests can access the private patio for outdoor dining during warmer months of the year with BBQ and private outdoor hot tub to enjoy a soak after a day of fun filled adventures and nighttime star gazing. The main level has two bedrooms - one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom. The laundry room offers a storage area and full sized washer and dryer.
The second level of the home offers a secluded primary suite with vaulted ceilings, queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom.
The lower level of the residence offers a large open second living room area with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and space to relax. The fourth bedroom on this level is a dream for children in your party with two sets of triple bunk beds sleeping a total of six guests and access to the fourth bathroom.
Additionally, the property includes a one car garage and parking for one additional car in the driveway, free WI-FI, please note that there is no air conditioning available.
For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
