The recently renovated mountain vacation home boasts 2,995 square feet of living space distributed across three levels, featuring an open floor plan in the primary living areas.


The three well-appointed bedrooms can accommodate up to six guests with ease. Notable features of this property include soaring ceilings in the great room, master bedroom and loft, as well as a fully equipped work station complete with a computer. Additional amenities consist of 2.5 bathrooms, a gas fireplace, a BBQ grill, laundry facilities, a gourmet kitchen, a generous deck, flat screen televisions and a private outdoor hot tub. This expansive residence provides all the comforts and conveniences essential for an ideal Winter Park mountain retreat.


The kitchen, living and dining area feature an open floor plan enhanced by expansive windows, and a spacious deck equipped with a BBQ grill providing a designated area for outdoor dining in the warmer months. The generously sized laundry room is conveniently situated adjacent to the main kitchen.


The predominant area of the third floor is designated for the master bedroom suite, which features a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and an exquisite bathroom equipped with custom amenities such as a soaking tub, dual vanities and a separate enclosed shower. Adjacent to the bedroom, an open loft space is perfectly suited for individuals requiring a conducive work environment. It features a complete desk setup, including a computer station, printer and high speed internet access.


The lower level of this exquisite townhome features a second bedroom equipped with a Queen bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed. A single main bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms. The main den area is adorned with comfortable furnishings, a flat screen TV and provides access to the patio equipped with an outdoor private hot tub. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.


The garage accommodates parking for a maximum of two vehicles. Guests with additional cars must utilize the public parking facility situated near Cooper Creek Square on Main Street.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Ideal mountain vacation property

Great stay at Winterpark!
This is a lovely condo located just off town in a quiet condo neighborhood- we had a terrific winter stay and skied every day! The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for the whole family. Thank you!
