On this level, the open loft area is ideal for anyone that needs to do a bit of work! Full desk area with computer station, printer and high speed internet.
The lower level of this wonderful townhome offers a second bedroom with Queen bed. The third bedroom has a King bed. There is one main bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. The main den area has plush furnishings, flat screen TV and access to the patio with outdoor hot tub making for one of the best values in luxury Winter Park accommodations. No air conditioning.
Parking is available for 2 cars only in the garage. Any guests that will be staying with more vehicles, will need to park additional cars in the public parking structure located near Cooper Creek Square on Main Street.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or have a pet on the property.
