This opulent log residence features six bedrooms, a home theater, a room dedicated to pool table activities, and an outdoor hot tub, complemented by numerous decks that invite you to step outside and appreciate the picturesque surroundings. Spanning three levels and encompassing 6,700 square feet, this home offers ample opportunities for solitude or gathering with loved ones. Enjoy breathtaking views from this premier Colorado property, located in the heart of Winter Park within the prestigious newer section of Hideaway Village South community.


The lower level features an optimal entry point into the residence through the covered carport and the two-car garage. Upon entering the garage, one is led into the game room, which is equipped with a wet bar and pool table. The home theater is furnished with plush leather recliners, perfect for enjoying a film. This level is further complemented by a King bedroom with an en-suite full bath, a half bath and a laundry room.


The primary level of the residence is accessed by ascending a staircase that leads to the living room, which features a spacious fireplace and a flat screen TV. Adjacent to this area is the dining room and a gourmet kitchen. The breakfast bar, equipped with two barstools, encourages interaction with the chef while the family prepares meals together. The elegant wooden dining table accommodates eight guests, while a smaller kitchen table with four chairs provides additional seating, allowing for a total of fourteen dining places. The deck adjoining the kitchen is furnished with a gas grill and offers patio dining for four. The main floor master bedroom, furnished with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, boasts a clawfoot tub for relaxation and a walk-in shower. From the bedroom’s deck, one can enjoy views of the Continental Divide. Additionally, there is a bonus sleeping area on this level featuring two twin beds and a half bath located in the hallway. A private hot tub is situated on this level outside and the deck provides access to the backyard, where a pathway leads to an ideal setting for group photographs.


The uppermost level features two King bedrooms, one equipped with a 3/4 private bath, a sitting area and a deck, while the second King room offers deck access and a 3/4 bath located in the hallway. Additionally, the third bedroom on this level contains two full sized beds and also provides access to the deck. Guests will appreciate the extra lounging space available in the loft area, which includes sofas and offers unobstructed views of the Colorado mountains.


The accommodation features four distinct bedrooms, each equipped with King sized beds, along with two Twins beds and two Double beds. In total, there are six bedrooms available, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests.


This residence is located at the terminus of Timber Circle, nestled within a cul-de-sac. The driveway accommodates an additional three vehicles, allowing for a total of six cars. It is advisable to utilize a four-wheel drive vehicle during the winter season to ensure safe access to the road leading to the home and to maneuver the driveway effectively. This community emphasizes adherence to the town of Winter Park’s regulations regarding quiet hours, which are from 10pm-8am. By respecting these guidelines, residents can prevent the possibility of an enforcement officer visiting the home.


This home is registered for short term rentals with the town of Winter Park. By renting within the town limits, you agree to adhere to the following regulations:
* Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* Wildlife is present in Winter Park; therefore, it is prohibited to leave trash outside overnight.
* Overnight parking is not allowed on any town street from October 1 to May 31, as it may obstruct snowplows.
* Please comply with all regulations regarding open flames and verify if there is a fire ban in effect. Additional information can be found on the town’s website.


* This property is designated as a no-smoking area, which includes a prohibition on smoking tobacco, marijuana, or any other substances both inside the home or on the property grounds.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $800 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Family Vacation 2023
I cannot say enough nice things about this amazing house and property. It went well above our expectations. I love the fact that each room (except 1) was a master bedroom and everyone had their own bed. We loved the furnishings and theater room was an extra special treat for us. We watched Top Gun as a family and had so much fun. The views were absolutely incredible as well. No matter what window or door we looked out, it was simply spectacular. This trip made memories that are going to last us a life time. We reached out to the owners for a couple of questions and they were super responsive and were very sweet! We really appreciate you opening your beautiful home to us. The only issue we had was that we flew in to Denver and took a car service from the airport so we were without a vehicle until our kids arrived which was an issue because our grocery pickup order left about half of our groceries out of purchase. The bus doesn't come to top of the mountain where the house was and we were in a predicament until a local gave us a lift which we were eternally grateful for. Other than that, I would say this was by far our best to Winter Park and we have gone every year since our kids were little.

Amazing
This property was amazing. Plenty of room for our large family. Loved the privacy and outdoor space. Huge wraparound balcony with great views. We look forward to returning.
