This townhome in Fraser features a large backyard, making it an excellent choice for families seeking a rental property and perfect for pets. It includes generous living space, hardwood floors throughout the unit, and outstanding amenities. Conveniently located near downtown Fraser, residents can easily enjoy the local restaurants, breweries, and summer hiking and biking trails. Furthermore, a free town shuttle stop is conveniently positioned near the main entrance. The expansive backyard is ideal for games, outdoor gatherings, and provides a wonderful area for pets to relish the fresh mountain air.
The primary living space boasts vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sofa arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
It provides access to a private deck with scenic views and a picnic table for outdoor dining.
The kitchen has been fully remodeled and features a small breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space.
Next to the kitchen, the dining area is situated in an alcove, furnished with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to six individuals.

Perfect quiet location, about 35 minutes from Grand Lake/Grandby. In a secluded area with great views. 4 seperate balconies to enjoy the outside. Kitchen provided all we needed and more. This was absolutely perfect for our little family, single mom of three with a dog! Very much our vibe loved the games and plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Super cozy and beautiful views. Plus right next to the town and path next to the creek so close to everything in Fraser, we did the tubing hill and it was only a 5 minute drive. Winter park and granby are also close. The place was very spacious with a lovely view. The fact that we could have our dogs with us made us happy. There were some challenges. Loved it!

We completely enjoyed the 4th of July holiday weekend thanks to this spacious, beautifully landscaped and peaceful place. We utilized the decks with amazing mountain views, the convenient location to dining and coffee (within walking distance), the accessibility to the Fraser River trail and Safeway, and the option to bring our dogs.Amy - Posted: 7/6/2025
