This unit provides easy access to Granby Ranch resort and a short drive to the Grand Lake area offering summer boating, Rocky Mountain National Park and winter snowmobiling; or come to Winter Park for skiing, snowboarding and summer mountain biking.
The main floor has newly installed hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings in the open floor plan encompassing the kitchenette and living room. The living area offers plush leather furnishing that surrounds the gas fireplace and flat screen television with contemporary artwork adoring the walls and provides a dining space with table and chairs to accommodate four guests. The private balcony offers a view of the surrounding valley and mountains. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern cabinetry, countertops, all complemented by contemporary appliances. Next to the kitchenette, the full bathroom has been renovated into a delightful spa theme.
The open loft overlooks the main living space below and has one queen-sized bed and a double-sized bed to accommodate four guests.
Unit amenities also include complimentary WI-FI, gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. It is important to note that there is no air conditioning.
Common area amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor heated swimming pool surrounded by sun deck with outdoor furniture, a fitness room, sauna, locker room, game room, paid laundry facilities, indoor racquetball court, common area lounge, a convenience store, a communal BBQ area with picnic tables and firepit available during the summer months.
Parking is provided in the outdoor lot for up to 2 vehicles.
Guests are required to have their own transportation, as public transit is not available.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
