This rental townhome, which is pet-friendly, provides a peaceful retreat with two spacious living areas that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. It has been renovated to offer all the amenities needed for a fantastic vacation experience.
The main level features a spacious living area with furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows showcasing mountain views. Access to the front deck is also available for relaxation. The kitchen includes a small island, granite countertops, 5 burner gas range and a pantry leading to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built-in grill, and overhead radiant heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for up to 8. The primary bedroom on the main level offers a king bed, TV, attached bath, powder room and access to the rear deck.
The upper floor provides a view of the spacious living area and includes a complete bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin bunks beds, while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan.
The lower level features a family room that leads to a back patio with a 7 person hot tub. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath, laundry facilities, and living area with a sofa sleeper.
Complimentary WI-FI access. Guests can also enjoy the use of paddleboard, snowshoes, sleds, and fishing poles on site.
Please be aware that this townhome is not accessible via public transportation, so guests will need their own transportation. There is a 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Kindly note that campers or trailers are not permitted in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed as per HOA regulations.

Excellent large home in great condition. Well appointed with plenty of towels, soaps, dishes and everything else we needed for our 3 night stay. This gem of a rental property is well appointed with ample space and comfortable furniture (you know not all rentals have that). The configuration of rooms and space are logical are useable depending on a variety of size and age of your party. Nice property in a great neighborhood with a fun lake for dog and grandkid walks. Close to Winter Park, lakes and national parks. Also close to Y Snow Mountain Ranch where reasonably priced day passes provide tons of things for kids to do. Beautiful Condo in Fraser Valley
My adult son and I stayed in 4bedroom condo close to area we were performing fire mitigation work in Tabernash. We used the two car garage to store our motorcycles as we ran up and over RMNP to Estes Park and back; went out to Kremmling, Green Mountain Reservoir, Keystone, A-Basin and back thru Berthoud Pass into Winter Park. Great location, clean premises, well stocked kitchen, great for family or two families, close to Winter Park, Grand Lake RMNP. I would stay here again, in winter too to ski Winter Park. This property was very spacious and comfortable. The pictures online matched the house. We were not disappointed. Having the private hot tub was awesome! The only thing I would recommend as a first time customer of VRBO is to make the check-in and check-out instructions more visible so you don't have to disturb the owner. I did communicate with the owner via text and the response was very quick, courteous and helpful. Spacious, cozy place to spend your vacation in the Rockies
I was here with my family for a ski trip and we really enjoyed the condo. It is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures...bedrooms on three separate floors and plenty of room to spread out with living rooms on the basement and main floor levels. Nice hot tub downstairs, and a great deck off the back of the first floor tha had a large bbq, a gas fireplace, overhead radiant heating and a large dining table. Great stay for a group of friends.

Summer Fun
We had a great time the weather was great very cool mornings and warm afternoons we rode bikes, went hiking, whitewater rafting, drove through Rocky Mountain National Park to see the animals. The accommodations were exactly as described. It was especially nice for everyone to have their own bathroom! We had no problem finding it or checking in. Great location
The place is warm and cozy with plenty of room to spread out . We loved the outdoor fireplace and kitchen that is covered with over head heat ! Your close to tubing hill, WinterPark, Granby Ranch . The bedding for our home is as follows:
Master bedroom has 1 King
Second bedroom has 1 King
Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins)
Fourth bedroom has 2 queens
We are waiting for new photos to be taken of the home as it has new bedding from what the original pictures display.

Answer:
The home is located in Tabernash which is about 5 miles from the ski resort. We do offer other vacation rentals that are within walking distance of the slope and downtown area. All properties that are located in Winter Park or Fraser will be on the free town shuttle.
