The owners have considered every detail to ensure your stay is pleasant, providing amenities such as a foosball table, Smart/Ruko TVs, games, an iron and ironing board, and during the winter months, you can take advantage of the children’s sleds and snowshoes.
Following a day brimming with outdoor pursuits, come back to relax in the spacious living room featuring large windows and vaulted ceilings. There is a gas fireplace and a 65" flat-screen television, along with mountain views and a ceiling fan. Spend some leisure time with the numerous games, toys and books provided in this residence. This room offers convenient access to the private patio, where you can take pleasure in a secluded outdoor hot tub, seating areas and a BBQ grill and a firepit.
This welcome area leads to a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen featuring quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and generous dining space at the main table, along with extra seating options at large kitchen island. While pots and pans are provided, guests will need to bring their own cooking ingredients. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a half bathroom and a laundry room, which provides hallway access to the garage and a storage area for your jackets, coats or small outdoor equipment.
The main floor’s primary bedroom offers a convenient choice for guests who wish to bypass stairs, equipped with a King bed and adjoining ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower.
The loft area upstairs is spacious and features a cozy sitting area equipped with a sofa sleeper, a flat screen television and a foosball table. The two bedrooms: one contains a Queen bed along with an ensuite bathroom, while the other has two sets of bunks (four twins beds) and provides access to a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.
The unit is equipped with complimentary WI-FI, a washer and dryer, and Smart TVs that offer streaming services exclusively - cable is not available; however, the Xfinity streaming app does provide access to local and additional channels. Additionally, hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board are included. Regrettably, air conditioning is not provided.
Guests have access to a heated two car garage for storing gear and keeping boots warm during the winter, with extra space for equipment in the warmer months. Sporting equipment is also provided for vacationers, and parking is available for up to four vehicles - two in the garage and two in the driveway
.The Grand Park area offers easy access to hiking and cross-country skiing paths, a pool and fitness facility at the Grand Park Recreation Center, transportation to the Winter Park Ski Resort and town, tubing and snowmobiling at the Colorado Adventure Park as well as shopping at Safeway supermarket and dining at various restaurants and pubs in Fraser and Winter Park. Alder Brook Trail is a charming fun cul-de-sac lined with single-family residences where both residents and tourists can be found mingling.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property due to homeowner rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or with a pet on or in the property will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
