Conveniently located near the main street, this unit provides easy access to Winter Park's dining and entertainment. It features 9-1/2 ft ceilings, radiant heat flooring, spacious windows, and a wraparound deck with stunning views of the Continental Divide, offering a combination of luxury and convenience.
The living room provides a comfortable escape with a gas fireplace and charming rustic feel, a sofa bed and the open kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, sophisticated granite countertops, and a small dining nook.
The primary bedroom boasts a generously-sized king bed and an opulent en-suite bathroom reminiscent of a spa. In contrast, the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a nearby bathroom adorned with the same luxurious details.
One car can be parked in the outdoor designated parking area. Access to the second floor unit requires the use of stairs as there is no elevator available.
It is important to be aware that construction is taking place at the complex during daytime hours.

I brought my coffee making supplies....noticed that there were supplies for a coffee maker (unless you count the unlimited decaf Keurig pods), but no actual coffee maker. This condo has a great layout for 2 couples. Convenient location right in the center of town-easy access to all restaurants and shops. Easy and convenient bus ride to resort. Condo had a fully set up kitchen and lots of games. So many windows in living area let in a lot of natural light! Some nice extra touches: spices, olive oil in kitchen. Hand lotion (small thing but something I often forget to pack) and facial tissues in bathrooms-again, small but nice to have. Answer:
For this specific unit there is no public or private hot tub. We do offer passes for the local Grand Park Recreation Center for an additional cost and this is located approximately 2 blocks from the unit.
Does Arrow Townhome Unit 202 have window coverings (e.g. blinds) throughout? Thanks!
