Description

The ski resort can be admired through the expansive windows and from the rooftop deck, while the vaulted ceilings enhance the spaciousness of the area. Relax on the comfortable sofas, watch TV or cozy up by the gas fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are conveniently located nearby, allowing the cook to engage with the group. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A small powder room bathroom is easily accessible from this space. In the summer, guests can dine on the private deck with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and relax in the private hot tub with stargazing.
Experience ultimate relaxation in our luxurious primary suite, featuring a spacious king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom sanctuary. Relax in the custom-tiled shower or indulge in the oversized tub with dual sinks for extra comfort. The second bedroom provides cozy lodging with a twin bunk bed.
The second floor also includes two other bedrooms, one of which is a flexible space with a twin bunk bed and an extra twin bed, both adorned with luxurious bedding. This room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a full bathroom to provide comfort and convenience to guests. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. Every bedroom is carefully designed to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests.
The higher floor of the residence provides a cozy sitting space for relaxation and convenient entry to the rooftop terrace furnished with outdoor seating for dining, snacking and a perfect location for unwinding in the hot tub following a day of outdoor recreation.
The lower level of the townhome features a spacious mudroom area connected to the garage, providing parking space for one car. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning available in this area.
The Homeowner Association strictly prohibits smoking and bringing pets onto the property. Guests will face a fine of 200 per day for violating these rules

Nice condo in central location with easy mountain access

This condo was clean and well-appointed, and modern, if not brand new. The rooftop hot tub with expansive views was a special treat (wintertime ski visit). Bedding was comfortable and clean. Bedrooms and bed setup would be perfect for two families with two kids each. Furnishings were comfortable and sufficient to accommodate our group. Bus to Winter Park is a short walk through the complex, as are several restaurants - once we stocked up on groceries it was not necessary to drive anywhere. Even though the unit is in the middle of the action, it is not on Highway 40 so it's much quieter than other units in this complex. Two caveats: 1) the condo is split over four levels if you include the garage on the ground level and spa/deck on the top so there are three flights of stairs involved, and 2) if you have a large vehicle, getting inthe garage is a very tight fit due to the sharp 90 degree turn to get into it with the way the drive aisle is plowed in the winter (overnight parking on the fronting street is not permitted November-April). Nevertheless, definitely recommend this unit!

This was a great home for our family

The bus stop was right around the corner from the home and took us to the ski hill each day. Restaurants and shops were a 5 minute walk away which made getting into town really easy. The listing was exactly what it said it would be. It was quiet and clean. The garage was an added bonus in the winter with all of our ski gear. It is an end unit and with a lot of snow you are best off backing into the garage, but that wasn't an issue for us. We would recommend this place to others staying in Winter Park. You responded to all of our questions right away and made it a really stress free trip-thank you!

This was a great home for our family. The bus stop was right around the corner from the home and took us to the ski hill each day. awesome place

Stayed for 10 days for a local artists' event, and my family and a few friends joining me on the weekends. So far they enjoyed it. Best value IMHO, and best location. Best value and will rent again if I'm in town.

This place is spectacular!

We had reserved another property and arrived to find there was construction all around it and no way to enter. What started as a bit of a nightmare for six friends meeting up who were from the Front Range and Wine Country, turned out to be a very lucky break. The spotless, well designed, delightful condo right across from the Winter Park Blues Festival was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and dining room were a wonderful, safe place to cook and gather for memorable moments. The rooftop deck and hot tub was a dream. The two master suites were spacious and beautiful. Only one complaint, which is unavoidable. The sound of trains interrupted sleep right on schedule, twice a night. Glorious stay, kudos to the hosts!

Beautiful view out of living room

This condo was in a great location for restaurants, it was very clean and well stocked, except could use more towels & wash cloths. It would have been nice to have TV's in all bedrooms. The construction around it was a big negative and you are not told there is construction around the back & side! Did get tired of seeing porta potties & heavy equipment. The garage is extremely hard to get in & out of, with all the snow! And the only way to get into the condo is through the garage, So when we walked to dinner, we would always have to walk to the back of the condo (which is not convenient) to open the door. All in all it was a good trip.
