This luxurious Arrow townhome unit is an ideal choice for couples (and Pets!) seeking a relaxing getaway in downtown Winter Park. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 guests, providing stunning views and a private hot tub for a truly memorable vacation experience.

The lower level features a private garage with space for 2 cars parked in tandem, as well as a heated area ideal for storing skis, snowboards, bikes, and boots. Upon entering the townhouse from the garage, you will discover a spacious mudroom area equipped with hooks for hanging jackets and keeping outdoors gear organized.

The second floor features an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and utilizing the gourmet kitchen. Equipped with all necessary pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets, you can easily prepare a delicious meal. Additionally, you can unwind on the private deck, taking in the fresh mountain air and views, utilizing the BBQ grill, and enjoying music from the Rendezvous Event Center during the summer months. This location offers convenient access to Main Street, allowing you to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The living room boasts a large smart HDTV with cable for watching games or streaming shows and movies, a comfortable leather sofa that can be converted into a queen size bed and a cozy gas fireplace for the ski season. The bedroom on this floor features a queen bed with luxurious linens, artwork, and its own TV for entertainment. A full bath is also available on this level.

The master bedroom on the 3rd floor provides a cozy king size bed for a restful night's sleep, along with an en-suite bath for your convenience. The second guest room features a queen sized bed and a TV, while the den area offers a leather sofa and flat screen HDTV. Additionally, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper for the kids. Both the second bedroom and loft have access to the full size bathroom.

If you need to do laundry, there is a full size washer and dryer available. Please note that there is no air conditioning.

The rooftop deck has an unbeatable view of the Continental Divide, Winter Park Ski Resort and offers privacy to enjoy the sunshine, private hot tub. Ideal escape to soothe the aches and pains of an active day, whether it be skiing, biking, or hiking the beautiful nearby area or just to melt away the everyday worries of life.

It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of the guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal will take place between 10am and 4pm. If WPSM comes to the door, you may request proper identification and allow them access to the roof.
