Our unit can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, features a tandem parking garage for 2 cars, and includes 4 interior levels of living space.
The ground level of this townhouse provides access to the two-car garage, along with entry to the hallway that is embellished with hardwood flooring, which includes a small area designated for hanging jackets and outdoor equipment. Additionally, this floor contains a bedroom and bathroom, as well as access to the private patio located on the back side of the unit, allowing for outdoor enjoyment.
The primary level of this exquisitely decorated space features a modern aesthetic complemented by high-end furnishings, lofty ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace accompanied by a flat screen HDTV and a comfortable private deck. It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. Snow removal activities will take place between 10am and 4pm. Should WPSM personnel knock on the door, you are advised to request proper identification before granting them access to the roof.
