This space is perfect for unwinding, dining al fresco and using the private hot tub. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. Snow removal activities will take place between 10am and 4pm. Should WPSM personnel knock on the door, you are advised to request proper identification before granting them access to the roof.
