The ground floor of this townhouse features access to the two-car garage, as well as entry to the hallway adorned with hardwood flooring. Additionally, there is a small space designated for hanging jackets and outdoor gear. The half bathroom boasting a tiled floor and charming vanity, is conveniently situated within the garage on this level.
The main level of this beautifully contemporary townhouse features a lavish living room with upscale furniture, tall ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace with a flat screen HDTV and a cozy private deck. The open layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. There is also extra seating for dining in the nook nestled beside the fireplace with bench seating.

It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. Snow removal activities will take place between 10am and 4pm. Should WPSM personnel knock on the door, you are advised to request proper identification before granting them access to the roof.

Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a $200 per day fine.
