Guests can unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and complimentary in-unit WI-FI. Additionally, they can step out onto the private deck to enjoy a view of the surrounding forest from the living area.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a complete en-suite bathroom and an additional perk of a wood burning fireplace to ensure your comfort during the winter sports season.
The second full bathroom is located in the main hallway between the other bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, while the third bedroom contains a queen bed. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.

Hi we are sorry but there are no elevators at Beaver Village. We do offer rentals on the ground floor or in other properties that have elevator access.
