Cozy mountain theme with heavy wood furnishings and décor are a nice compliment to the light and airy wall coloring and vaulted ceiling in this third floor, 3 bedroom unit. Guest can easily access the main clubhouse as this unit is in the building next door and close the free town shuttle stop.
A gorgeous, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new counter tops, tiled flooring and has an open view to the dining and living room area. The dining area provides plenty of seating and two additional spots at the breakfast bar.
In the living room guest can enjoy a relaxing spot with flat screen TV, gas fireplace and free in unit WI-FI access. The private deck with forested view that can be accessed from the living area.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, full en-suite bathroom and a bonus amenity of a wood burning fireplace to keep your toes warm during the ski season.
In main hallway between the other bedrooms is a second full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. NO air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Low key comfortable spot
Nice spot very convenient to Winter Park resort and downtown. It had less interior light than I expected from the photos (note: one bulb was out), and quite a bit of traffic noise. However, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

Good location
Good location toward the end of the bus route to the mountain - only problem is on busy weekends, the busses can be full by the time they get to you. WiFi was spotty but everything else you need for a ski weekend is there.

Loved it
Nothing better than staying in a comfortable room that embodies the mountain cabin appeal with dark wood and cozy warmth. The two fireplaces (one gas, one wood burning) added to this ambiance and made it easy to combat the cool night temperatures. We had plenty of space to spread out over the three bedrooms and two baths and we absolutely adored overlooking the woods from the deck. Can\'t wait for our next stay!
